Citrus-Green Fruit Salad tossed with Red Citrus Dressing is a Recipe you'll love to try



I love this colourful Fruit Salad with loads of Vitamins and Minerals. Eating healthy might sound difficult but easier than you can imagine. Try this nourishing Fruit Salad with Citrus Fruits and Green Fruits tossed with healthier Red Citrus Dressing. Eating fresh fruits is beneficial to our health and combining them in a Salad is both easy and delicious. This healthy Fruit Salad is high in fibre, vitamins and anti-oxidants.


This family favorite Citrus Salad Dressing is made with freshly squeezed Citrus Juice and has more quantity of blood Orange Juice, less Maple Syrup, so juicy, a bit more thinner than maybe your usual Salad Dressing but bouncing with natural Citrus flavor, tastes so delicious and sure healthier. If you don't like my low Calorie healthier Red Citrus Dressing, you can make Maple Lime Dressing with 1/2 cup Maple Syrup, 2 tbsp Lime Juice and 3 tbsp Lime Zest and pour over your Salad but my Red Citrus Dressing is still healthier and the best for Weight Watchers, Vegans and Healthy Eaters.


The Recipe is easy, just select the best Citrus fruits and green fruits of your choice and make this best ever Salad that is so tasty and colourful. This Salad is not only for Winter but a Salad for all seasons.


Ingredients:

Fruit Salad:

1/2 cup chopped Pears

1/2 cup diced green Apples

1/2 cup green Grapes

1/2 cup diced Avocados

A Handful of Mint leaves

2 fresh Oranges

1 Grapefruit

4 blood Oranges

2 fresh Limes

3 fresh Lemons

4 fresh Kiwis

3 Tangerines


Red Citrus Salad Dressing:

7 tablespoons freshly squeezed blood Orange Juice

1 teaspoon freshly squeezed Grapefruit Juice

1 teaspoon freshly squeezed Lemon Juice

3 tablespoons Maple Syrup

5 fresh Mint leaves

1 teaspoon freshly grated Lime Zest

2 teaspoons Apple Cider Vinegar

4 fresh Mint leaves


Instructions:

  1. Mix the ingredients for the Salad Dressing in a Glass Jar.

  2. Shake it gently and chill in the Fridge for at least 10 minutes

  3. Wash the Fruits thoroughly.

  4. Peel and slice the Citrus Fruits.

  5. Chop 1/2 cup of mixed Citrus Fruits and add to your Salad(watch Video)

  6. Chop and dice the green Fruits.

  7. Mixed half of the fruits in a large Bowl with half of the Citrus Dressing.

  8. Add the remaining fruits and pour more Dressing over the Salad

  9. Serve immediately or chill in the Fridge and serve later.
