Broccoli is one of the most healthy vegetables to add to your salad. The broccoli that I used for this everyday salad was steamed with the microwave for about 2 - 3 minutes.
Strawberry : Strawberries are packed with vitamins, full of sweetness, flavorful and loaded with many essential vitamins.
Chopped Walnuts: Adding nuts to this wonderful salad that is high in antioxidants is necessary for a nutrient boost and other numerous benefits.
INGREDIENTS FOR THE SALAD
2 cups of fresh baby spinach
1 cup of steamed broccoli
4 cups of strawberries
1 cup of pomegranate arils
1/2 cup of chopped walnuts
LEMON DRESSING
Lemon Dressing with Extra Virgin Olive Oil
INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 teaspoon of lemon zest
1/2 cup of extra virgin olive oil
1 - 2 tablespoons of maple syrup (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Wash, slice and chop the veggies and fruits.
Chop the nuts.
Combine the ingredients together.
Mix the ingredients for the dressing separately.
Pour half of the dressing over the salad and mix together.
Sprinkle the remaining dressing over the salad and enjoy.

SALAD INGREDIENTS
4 cups of fresh strawberries
3 cups of diced watermelon
1 cup of mint leaves

1 teaspoon of chopped garlic
1 teaspoon of fresh rosemary (optional)
TOPPING
Fresh lime slices
MAPLE LIME DRESSING
3 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lime juice 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of lime zest
6 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon of maple syrup
2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Prepare the ingredients (wash, cut and chopped)

INSTRUCTIONS
