Baking with freshly grated apples is not just healthy but an easy way to boost the flavor of homemade bread with the natural flavor and sweet taste of apples with or without artificial sugar or milk. Apples are naturally sweet and adding raisins, dates and unsweetened applesauce will reduce the need for artificial sugar.
Baking With Applesauce: The taste and flavor of unsweetened homemade applesauce is simply the best and my favorite for most of our Vegan baked goodies. Unsweetened applesauce is rich in antioxidants, flavorful, add moisture, and a perfect substitute for eggs.
Organic Cane Sugar is a type of unrefined sugar that is Vegan friendly with a mild sweet taste to keep your homemade bread soft and moist.
