The simple Maple Dressing with a pinch of ground Nutmeg and other ingredients tastes great and a perfect dressing for Vegans and Fruit Lovers.
INGREDIENTS
2 cups fresh green Grapes
1 cup fresh red Grapes
2 tablespoons dried Cranberries
1 cup diced Cantaloupe Melon
1/2 cup diced Apples
2 tablespoons dried Apricots
Maple Dressing
3 tablespoons Maple Syrup
2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon ground Nutmeg
INSTRUCTIONS
Wash the fresh fruits and cut them in different sizes except the Grapes.
Combine 3/4 of the fruits in a large Bowl. and set aside.
Mix the ingredients for the dressing and pour half of the dressing over the Salad,
Stir to combine and scatter the remaining fruits on top.
Pour the remaining dressing over the Salad.
Serve immediately or refrigerate and enjoy the same day..
