On-The-Go Hazelnut Muffins You'll Love For Breakfast

You'll love these yummy breakfast Muffins! They are so easy to make with few ingredients and just perfect for breakfast.These nutritious grab and go snacks are perfect for busy days and the kids will definitely love to eat these delicious snacks any time of the day.

Ground Hazelnuts with several health benefits is incorporated into this recipe and the result is super delicious tasty muffins that can be enjoyed as on-the-go snacks or for breakfast.


INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tbsp Lemon Zest

  • 3/4 cup Ground Hazelnuts

  • 1 1/2 cups All Purpose Flour

  • 2/3 cup room temperature Butter

  • 2 tsp Baking Powder

  • 3 tbsp Applesauce

  • 1/4 tsp Salt

  • 1/2 cup Organic Cane Sugar

  • 8 tbsp freshly squeezed Orange Juice

  • 2 tsp Lemon Extract

Lemon Zest, Room Temperature Vegan Butter and Fresh Orange Juice

Unsweetened Applesauce, All Purpose Flour and Salt


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat your oven to 350° F

  2. Combine the Butter with Sugar and whisk until smooth with a mixer, add then the Applesauce, lemon extract and lemon Zest and mix together.

  3. Mix the dry ingredients together in a medium bowl and transfer the mixture into the mixer and mix until combined.

  4. Pour the batter into muffin liners and bake for 20 - 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.

  5. Allow Muffins to cool and enjoy for breakfast.

Total Time 45 minutes
