INGREDIENTS
3 cups massaged Kale
1 cup chopped Apples
1/2 cup chopped red pepper
2 tbsp grated Carrots
1/2 cup chopped Celery
2 tbsp chopped red Cabbage
2 tbsp white Cabbage
Flax Maple Vinaigrette Dressing
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 cup Flax-Seed Oil or Olive Oil
2 tbsp Maple Syrup
1 tbsp Yellow Mustard
METHOD
Combine the ingredients for the salad and whisk until well combined or combine them in a salad dressing container and shake until combined and set aside..
Wash the leaves and massage them for about 3 minutes.
Place leaves on a cutting board and chop the leaves with a sharp knife.
Slice and chop the remaining ingredients for the salad and set aside..
In a large bowl combine the prepared salad ingredients and toss together with half of the vinaigrette dressing.
Garnish the salad with fresh greens and drizzle the remaining vinaigrette dressing on top of the salad.
Serve the salad immediately
