Citrus fruits: They are rich in vitamin c and will add extra sweetness and flavor when combined with kale leaves.
INGREDIENTS
7 Oranges
1 Grapefruit
1 Blood Orange
3 Lemons
6 Tangerines
2 Limes
1-2 tbsp Maple Syrup (optional)
3 1/2 cups Kale
METHOD
Wash and remove the kale stems.
Combine the ingredients together and blend until smooth with a blender.
Serve immediately or chill and serve within 24 hours
