INGREDIENTS
3 cups chopped mangoes
1 cup parsley or cilantro
2 tablespoons chopped white onion
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
1 cup chopped bell peppers
1/2 teaspoon herb salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh rosemary
Juice from 1 fresh lemon
INSTRUCTIONS
Peel and cut the mangoes and set aside.
Cut the onion and fresh garlic.
In a large bowl mix together the chopped mangoes with parsley, onion, garlic, bell peppers and salt.
Refrigerate for 45 minutes or serve immediately.
