This healthier and fresh homemade beet juice is the easiest beet juice that you can easily make at home with simple and nourishing ingredients!
It's super refreshing without the earthly flavor of regular beet juice and the best that I have ever tasted! This fresh and nutritious juice is made with beets and other healthier ingredients that are packed with vitamins and minerals to boost the immune system.
INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon of freshly peeled and diced ginger
5 medium - large beets
4 cups of water (add more water if necessary)
3 big slices of cucumber
Freshly squeezed juice from 4 medium lemons
1/2 cup of fresh mint leaves
INSTRUCTIONS
Wash the fresh beets and cut them into smaller pieces. Squeeze out the juice from lemons and combine the ingredients together with mint leaves, cucumber and blend until smooth with the blender.
Pour the juice through a juice strainer and repeat again to get rid of small pieces.
Serve immediately or refrigerate and enjoy preferably witin 24 hours because homemade drinks and juices are not pasteurized.
