INGREDIENTS
3 Red Apples (diced)
3 Green Apples (diced)
4 ribs of Celery (chopped)
1/4 cup dried Cranberries
1/4 cup dried Apricots (chopped)
1/4 cup Raisins
4 dates (chopped)
Dressing
5 tbsp Vegan Mayo
2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Ground Nutmeg
INSTRUCTIONS
Wash the Fruits, and the ribs of Celery.
Cut, chop and dice them and set aside
In a large Bowl whisk together all the ingredients for the dressing.
Combine dressing with the prepared fruits and Celery Ribs
Cover the Bowl and keep in the Fridge until ready to serve.
